SAGA software collects the following types of information:
Personal Information: This includes name, email address, and billing information collected when creating an account or purchasing services.
User Data: This includes notes, goals, and progress tracking information entered within SAGA.

Apple Calendar
If you connect Apple Calendar, you give us your Apple ID email and an Apple app-specific password (not your regular Apple password). We use these only to check availability and sync booking/task events. Credentials are stored securely and deleted when you disconnect in SAGA or revoke the password in your Apple Account.
Security
Workflow Associates LLC takes reasonable steps to safeguard user information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, complete security cannot be guaranteed for any data transmission over the internet or data storage system.
Changes to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or services. We will notify Members of any material changes by email or through the SAGA app.

What is the GDPR anyway?
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an EU Regulation that significantly enhances the protection of the personal data of EU citizens and increases the obligations on organisations who collect or process personal data. The regulation builds on many of the 1995 Directive’s requirements for data privacy and security, but includes several new provisions to bolster the rights of data subjects and add harsher penalties for violations. The regulate came into effect on May 25th, 2018.
What was the story before the GDPR?
You've likely heard a lot about the GDPR in 2018, but did you know we've had data protection legislation in the EU for quite a while already? Although the 1995 EU Data Protection Directive was replaced by the GPDR in May 2018, the Directive sets out the eight data protection principles which have been governing the treatment of personal data by organizations for over two decades!
Does the GDPR apply to me?
The GDPR applies to businesses that a) market their products to people in the EU or who b) monitor the behavior of people in the EU. In other words, even if you’re based outside of the EU but you control or process the data of EU citizens, the GDPR will apply to you. Guess what? Data Processing and International Transfers
Our firm processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. As a data controller, we engage with third-party service providers (data processors) who assist us in providing our services. We have entered into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with each of these processors to ensure they uphold a high standard of data protection and security, processing data only on our documented instructions. When personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) is transferred to our US-based operations or to our US-based data processors, we ensure such transfers are protected by a valid legal mechanism. Specifically, we and our certified third-party processors are participants in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. For any transfers to third parties not certified under the DPF, we implement and rely on the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), coupled with an appropriate transfer risk assessment, to safeguard the transferred data.
